Effie Cao
　
Effie Cao, graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communication. She is now hired as a Marketing Specialist and Program Group Leader at IESC. Prior to her employment with IESC, she worked at several international public relations agencies at Beijing, London and New York. She also served at Beijing 2008 Olympics as a bilingual media coordinator and conducted interviews with volunteers from different countries. 

When in college, she joined in the Career Opportunities Center as student ambassador, and helped her peers by providing career advices and presentations on various career-related topics. She engages her career in education because of her passion for teaching and sharing. During her internship in Beijing New Oriental School, she successfully taught students in various levels and received a high evaluation score of 4.8 out of 5.
