: Tony Gu

Tony Gu is the Chief Learning Officer of IESC. His research interest includes English as foreign language learning, teacher education and crosscultural communication. Before joining IESC, he was involved in teacher education projects in Suzhou and Changzhou, China. He received his Master degree in English Curriculum and Teaching from Soochow University and is currently a Ph.D. candidate of Soochow University (expected graduation in January, 2016). In 2014, he was awarded scholarship by the Ministry of Education to study as visiting doctoral student at Teachers College, Columbia University in New York.
